Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Maintain a positive attitude by greeting and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions as needed
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Ensure club pickup orders are filled, notify when pickup times are delayed, inform about out-of-stock items, offer alternatives, and ensure items are dispensed when members arrive
• Safely operate and locate/organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and ensure carts/flatbeds are available
• Assist members with transporting items and loading vehicles
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain ethics and integrity
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners to complete tasks and address improvements

• Customer service oriented with ability to handle member questions and concerns
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask

• Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in certain circumstances may apply.
