ResponsibilitiesProvides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services. Assists management with the supervision of associates in an assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, and providing direction to ensure member complaints are resolved according to company guidelines.
Supports the Open Door Policy and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receives and stocks supplies, organizes the sales floor using equipment and merchandising, and completes required documentation. Maintains the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, handling materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Ensures sales floor and merchandise presentation complies with policies, handling claims, returns, zoning, stocking, organizing displays, and removing damaged goods.
Monitors product quality, rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and manages picking and staging for club pick‑up orders. Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with managers and partners, monitors progress, and identifies improvement opportunities. Demonstrates compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity, and assists management with ethical issues. Leads and participates in teams, coordinates work assignments, provides advice, supports timelines, and models change management.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- At least 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
- Experience leading a team, supervising, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
