Full‑time Retail Sales Associate at Walmart 934 – Daphne, AL 36526.

Immediate hire with paid training. The associate will promote wireless services, plans, and accessories within Walmart’s wireless section.

• Engage customers about post‑paid and pre‑paid carrier plans and wireless accessories.
• Identify customer desires, uncover objections, and offer solutions.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and politely offer assistance.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals.
• Accurately document and report sales transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional workstation or kiosk.
• Submit all required paperwork accurately and on time.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of wireless products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Base pay plus uncapped commission – average $800 to $1,000 weekly.
