Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. The successful candidate will manage personal lines accounts, build strong relationships within the community, and drive referrals to expand presence in the Mobile area. • Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (negotiable based on experience and book of business)
• Commission: 30% on every $20,000 in new business

• Manage and service personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, mortgage companies, and real estate professionals in the Mobile area.
• Actively engage in community events to drive referrals and generate new business opportunities.
• Bring in new referrals on a monthly basis to support the agency's growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless account management.

• Licenses/Designations:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
• Preferred:
  Candidates with an existing book of business that can be transitioned.

  Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred.
