Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company known for restoring homes and businesses damaged from traumatic events such as hurricanes, fires, water leaks, mold, etc.

Our dedicated team works hard to be available 24/7 and believes in serving community members by providing property relief during a time when they need it most.

• Assist project manager on various construction projects.
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan.
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing.
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction processes.
• Maintain safe jobsite.
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Pre‑ and post‑construction clean‑up.

• Relationship building/maintenance skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Personable with good communication skills.
• Hard‑working team player who can adapt to changing needs easily.
• Strong desire to learn and excel.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of the time.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug‑free.
