Red Branch Outdoor Living is looking for a dependable, experienced Crew Leader Carpenter who takes pride in their craft and enjoys leading a team to build exceptional outdoor spaces.

We build custom decks, covered patios, fireplaces, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens for homeowners who expect high-quality craftsmanship. Our team focuses on doing things the right way, maintaining professional job sites, and building projects we’re proud to stand behind.
What We’re Looking For:- 4+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction (decks, patios, outdoor structures, framing, or similar).
- 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a construction crew.
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Maintain high standards while staying on schedule.
- Take ownership of the jobsite from start to finish.
- Above-average pay based on experience (Hourly pay range from $25 - $30, DOE)
- Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with an occasional Saturday.
