Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Baldwin Cooling, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical is looking for a self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. HVAC Service Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

- Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
- Demonstrate effective problem‑solving skills
- Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
- Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
- 1‑5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
