Recommends replacement or repair of defective products based on efficiency and cost guidelines;
Negotiates and approves third party repair/adjustment; inspects completed work for quality adherence;
Plans and paces own work to meet daily, weekly, project, or team productivity goals;
Adheres to safety procedures and participates in safety meetings
