What You'll Do:

As a Production Installation Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting foundation repair projects and ensuring high-quality work. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the installation of foundation repair solutions.
• Working in crawl spaces, under homes, and in confined spaces.
• Lifting and moving materials (up to 80 lbs.)
• Climbing ladders, kneeling, and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Representing MDH professionally while interacting with customers and team members.

What We're Looking For:

You must have:

• A Humble Spirit, Hungry Drive, and People Smarts.
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to our office in Daphne, AL.
• Ability to pass random drug screenings and background check.

You'll stand out if you have:

• Prior experience in residential construction.
• A great, positive attitude.
• A willingness to work overtime when needed.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $19 to $24/hour commensurate with experience.
