Red Branch Outdoor Living is hiring an experienced Crew Lead Carpenter to lead residential outdoor construction projects from start to finish.
This position is for someone who is more than a skilled carpenter. We're looking for a working crew leader who can read plans, organize the jobsite, lead a team, solve problems in the field, and make sure the finished project meets a high standard of craftsmanship.
We specialize in custom decks, covered patios, pergolas, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living projects
. Clients expect quality work, professional crews, and job sites that are well managed from beginning to end.
If you're an experienced carpenter who takes pride in your work and is ready to take ownership of your projects, we'd like to talk to you.

To be considered, applicants must have prior professional carpentry experience, previous experience leading a construction crew, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation: $25 - $31 hourly
