Order Entry Specialist

Overview

Under general direction from the Warranty Supervisor, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, the role is responsible for ensuring all returns are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.

• Disposition return authorization:
  Verify all required documents are included with the product;
  Verify product within warranty;
  Verify product has warrantable defect;
  Match product to receipt and to return authorization
• Process return authorization in system and report issues in system:
  Record product data;
  Record shipping data;
  Responsible for the cardboard recycling/bundling machine operations;
  Responsible for product destruction;
  Goal is to process all returns within 24 hours

• Must Haves:
  Computer Entry skills; 1-3 years of experience with order entry;
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Nice-to-Haves: ERP software experience;
  Knowledge of baseball or sports equipment;
  Warranty Claims experience
• Soft Skills:
  
  Builds collaborative environment;
  Effective Communicator;
  Organized in prioritizing tasks

This is a Contract position based out of Dardenne Prairie, MO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Dardenne Prairie, MO.
