Overview
Under general direction from the Warranty Supervisor, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, the role is responsible for ensuring all returns are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Disposition return authorization:
Verify all required documents are included with the product;
Verify product within warranty;
Verify product has warrantable defect;
Match product to receipt and to return authorization - Process return authorization in system and report issues in system:
Record product data;
Record shipping data;
Responsible for the cardboard recycling/bundling machine operations;
Responsible for product destruction;
Goal is to process all returns within 24 hours
- Must Haves:
Computer Entry skills; 1-3 years of experience with order entry;
High School Diploma or equivalent - Nice-to-Haves: ERP software experience;
Knowledge of baseball or sports equipment;
Warranty Claims experience - Soft Skills:
Builds collaborative environment;
Effective Communicator;
Organized in prioritizing tasks
This is a Contract position based out of Dardenne Prairie, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
