Atlas Search is looking for an Accounting Manager – M&A to lead the financial integration of acquired businesses during the transaction lifecycle. You will work closely with the Director of Finance on transaction planning and integration strategy.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M&A accounting with a strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP. The role requires advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP or project accounting systems is preferred, among other qualifications.
