A Day in the Life of a Part-Time Administrative AssistantAs a Part-time Administrative Assistant, you will help us to maintain our high levels of service during the busy tax season.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organizing Files
- Managing Calendars and Appointments
- Sort Mail
- Staff Support
- Greet Visitors & Assist Clients with Sign In
- Answer Phones

This part-time administrative position will work three 8-hour days per week. Company is open to extending the part time position based upon business needs.
