Client Relationship Manager
Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Client Relationship Manager for our client, an innovative Wealth Tech company transforming portfolio management and financial technology solutions.
This is a full-time, direct hire position preferably in Darien, CT OR Charlotte, NC. Exceptional remote candidates will be considered.
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience from implementation through long-term account management. Partner closely with clients to understand business objectives, oversee onboarding projects, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the firm's portfolio management platform is configured to meet client needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Lead client onboarding, implementation, and portfolio configuration projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate client needs into actionable deliverables for internal teams.
- Track enhancement requests and communicate project status throughout implementation.
- Provide client training, platform demonstrations, and ongoing product support.
- Assist clients with portfolio setup, reporting configuration, and operational best practices.
- Develop a strong understanding of the firm's operations, reporting capabilities, and technology platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- CFA designation or progress toward CFA is a plus.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, family office, portfolio administration, client services, or performance reporting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
This full-time position offers an annual base salary range of $80-130k, commensurate with experience. The organization provides a robust benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage in addition to paid time off.
