We’re seeking a driven Customer Service Leader to oversee daily service operations, manage key accounts, and build strong, long-term customer relationships. This role leads a small team, resolves escalations, improves processes, and partners with Sales and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting company growth.
