Job Description: The Customer Service Representative is part of the Customer Service team serving a Wholesale client base primarily in the northeast. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing requests via email, phone, and online chat, and supporting underwriting and policy processing activities.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (50% phone handling expected).
- Assist with renewal information requests, applications, policies, endorsements, and other client servicing tasks.
- Request policy adjustments, report claims, support producers, and perform data entry.
- Review policies for accuracy, transmit policies electronically, and follow up on activities.
- Establish trust and confidence with team members and clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay Details: Hourly: $21 - $27.
