This is a full-time Associate role based on-site in Uncasville, CT. The Associate will be responsible for delivering a range of dental care services and working closely with the rest of the team to provide an exceptional patient experience. Daily tasks include diagnosing, treating, and preventing oral health issues, educating patients on proper oral hygiene, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain professional care standards.

• Proficiency in Dental Care Management, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning
• Exceptional Communication, Patient Education, and Interpersonal Skills
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in Administrative Tasks and Record-Keeping
• Team collaboration and a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience
• An active dental license in the state of Connecticut
• D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school
• Experience in a family dental practice setting is a plus
• Familiarity with using modern dental technologies and treatment techniques
