Freelance Seasonal Position

November 15 to December 15 (or until all orders are completed)

Every holiday season, our handcrafted evergreen porch pots become part of hundreds of homes throughout Fairfield County. We're looking for an experienced designer who shares our appreciation for craftsmanship, quality, and creating something truly beautiful.

This is a full-time seasonal contract for someone who enjoys working with fresh evergreens and natural materials and takes pride in building arrangements that customers will display at their front door for months.

You’ll be producing our signature evergreen porch pot drop-ins featuring fresh‑cut evergreens, magnolia, birch logs, pinecones, berries, and seasonal accents. Every arrangement is designed to be viewed from all sides and built to last well beyond the holidays.

While we have established recipes and design standards, we believe the difference between a good arrangement and a memorable one is the care and attention that goes into every piece.

• Design and build premium evergreen porch pot drop-ins.
• Follow our signature design standards while maintaining consistency across every order.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals without compromising quality.
• Process and organize fresh evergreen materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Work with our team to complete all customer orders on schedule.

• Has experience in floral design, holiday decorating, evergreen containers, or a related creative field.
• Has a strong eye for proportion, texture, color, and balance.
• Believes craftsmanship and attention to detail matter.
• Takes pride in producing consistently beautiful work.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Can commit to the full production season from November 15 through December 15, or until all customer orders have been completed.
• Has 3+ years of floristry experience.
