• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet student needs.
• Collect and maintain data on student progress.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, RBTs, related service providers, and families.
• Create and maintain a supportive, structured classroom environment.

• Connecticut teaching certification in Special Education
• Required CT special-education coursework completed
• Ability to work with students with disabilities and follow IEPs
