A global financial organization is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead the corporate accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and overseeing complex consolidation activities. Responsibilities include managing the close process, enhancing internal controls, and collaborating across finance groups. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in accounting, ideally with public and industry backgrounds, and strong skills in U.S. GAAP, Excel, and ERP systems.

CPA candidates are preferred.
