Responsibilities:

+ Manage month-end and year-end close processes to maintain accurate financial records.

+ Coordinate and lead external audits to ensure transparency and adherence to accounting standards.

+ Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department leaders.

+ Monitor financial performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

+ Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax and regulatory documentation.

+ Design and implement internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications:

+ Must have CPA

+ Must have relevant banking industry experience

+ Ability to be both hands on and have a strategic mindset
