Insight Global is hiring business savvy, personable, and goal‑oriented individuals who want to work on the client relationship side of sales. This is an entry‑level sales role based in Downtown Hartford, CT. You will be onsite four days a week starting in Q1 (January/February/March) and again in Summer 2026.

We are looking for Account Managers who will build relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies. You will attend in‑person meetings and lunches scheduled by cold calling and networking.

New to staffing? You’ll begin as a Recruiter, learning the service, placing candidates, and receiving training through Insight Global University. Each day you will review resumes, conduct interviews, and prepare candidates for hiring managers.

After mastering recruiting, you will be promoted to Account Manager, representing clients, presenting qualified candidates, and providing market data.

We do not require prior sales experience, but we do require a willingness to learn, put in effort, and enjoy working with people.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $35,600–$62,000 based on location, and $5,000 in LTIPs upon signing. Account Managers can receive a $10,000 base salary increase upon promotion, monthly car and cell allowances, and the opportunity to win annual sales contests including an all‑expenses‑paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $10,000.
• Uncapped commission paid weekly. Average earnings: first year $73,000–$88,000; second year $121,000–$145,000; third year $135,000–$194,000.
• Benefit packages start on day one and include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, company‑paid life insurance, 401(k) retirement account access with employer matching, paid parental leave, and paid sick leave.
• Paid vacation: up to 10 days in the first year, up to 15 days after two years, up to 20 days after five years.
