We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney barred in Connecticut to play a key role in our fertility negligence/sexual assault cases and other complex litigation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in class actions, excels at independent case management, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile matters of public importance while being mentored by industry leaders.

• Serve as Connecticut local counsel fertility negligence matters.
• Manage lawsuits in CT state and federal courts
• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop strategic recommendations.
• Draft, finalize, and argue motions, attend hearings, and manage discovery.
• Correspond with co-counsel, opposing counsel, clients, and court personnel.
• Draft, propound, review, and respond to discovery; resolve discovery disputes.
• Prepare for and take/defend depositions.
• Attend and argue motions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings in Connecticut courts.

• 4+ years litigation experience, including federal court practice
• CT Bar Admission Required;
  Nice to have CA or other jurisdictions
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Proactive thinker, self-sufficient
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle a wide variety of legal matters
• Adherence to all deadlines
• Committed to superior client service
• Familiarity with CT e-filing preferred
