As a Paint Sales Associate, you ensure smooth retail operations by moving merchandise from point of order to point of customer receipt. You provide direct and indirect service to customers, maintain appropriate inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom, inspect shipments and store orders for accuracy and quality, keep accurate records, prepare the store for opening and closing, keep items in good condition, guide other workers, and assist elsewhere as needed.
