Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our team of in-house optical professionals. You will rely on your optical prowess, product expertise, and friendly demeanor to create exceptional customer experiences.
As a keyholder, you will help open/close and guide the Optical team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining store operations. You will lead the team, mentor apprentices, and ensure accurate measurements, fittings, and adherence to optical standards across daily duties.
