Sales Representative, Inside Sales
You will be the first point of contact for highly invested parents seeking guidance during one of the most critical decisions of their child's life. As a Sales Representative at Kate Stone Prep, you'll drive business growth by connecting with prospective clients, nurturing warm leads, and closing high-quality enrollments. You'll manage inbound and outbound sales calls, conduct deep discovery conversations, and represent the brand with warmth and professionalism across phone, email, events, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to inbound leads with urgency.
- Build strategic relationships through referrals and community networking.
- Manage the sales pipeline in Hub Spot.
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly growth targets.
Compensation: $45,000 base salary plus performance-based commission, with the opportunity to earn $65,000-$200,000+ annually.
Health insurance available after 90 days.
Full-time, in-person position based out of our Darien, CT office.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of high-ticket sales experience required.
