• Promote Ring's End products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and store profitability.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide product guidance, and handle returns and complaints promptly and fairly.
• Process sales and service orders using point-of-sale and vendor/quoting software.
• Answer phones and emails, maintain accurate inventory records, and support scheduling of deliveries.
• Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment and continuously seek improvement in service delivery.

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale software and other vendor/quoting software.
• Strong basic mathematical skills.
