Bilingual Customer Service / Sales Associate (Spanish/English)

Ring's End, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Bilingual Customer Service / Sales Associate to support our retail operations. This position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

We are a Connecticut‑based lumber and building materials retailer serving Connecticut, South County, Rhode Island, and Westchester County, New York. As a third‑generation, family‑run company, we focus on service and innovation to support builders, remodelers, contractors, architects, and homeowners.

You are responsible for store profitability and customer satisfaction. As the company ambassador, you greet and assist customers, promote sales of Ring's End products and services, handle customer complaints, schedule deliveries, follow up on orders, answer phone and email inquiries, maintain inventory, and support the team to achieve sales goals.

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes
• Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills
• Experience using point‑of‑sale software and vendor/quoting tools
• Strong basic math skills
• Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
