Senior Mobile Engineer, iOS

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced mobile engineer to join our Swift squad – a team of dedicated engineers working on the next version of our award‑winning iOS, tvOS, and macOS apps. You will help ship, maintain, and iterate best‑in‑class apps that empower our customers.

• Build our flagship iOS app and lead by creating fluid interfaces that remain smooth and responsive with large datasets.
• Define and refine architecture, technologies, and development practices used across the product.
• Contribute to sustainable engineering practices balancing beauty, scale, and performance.
• Receive and offer technical feedback through pair programming and code reviews.
• Promote engineering excellence with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and leadership to understand future needs and align the technology roadmap.
• Partner with web and backend teams to design effective cross‑platform API contracts and dataflows.

• Extensive portfolio of stunning mobile experiences you owned from concept to launch, including substantial architecture design.
• Love of product design, polished interfaces, and exceptional products.
• Experience building pixel‑perfect, robust, and accessible interfaces on iOS.
• Experience balancing local and remote data representations to enable sophisticated real‑time interface interactions with animation, orchestration, and responsiveness.
• Swift fluency and experience with Combine, Concurrency, and Graph

• Experience designing and developing features that fully take advantage of device and OS features unique to native mobile apps, such as Live Activities, App Intents, Core Image, or similar.
• Dedication to learning and sharing ideas with fellow engineers.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree and/or advanced degree in a related field or equivalent business experience. 5+ years of iOS development experience.

Pay range: $139,000 – $257,550 annually, varying by location. Market‑specific ranges:
California: $177,900 – $257,550
New York: $177,900 – $257,550
Colorado: $155,700 – $225,450
Illinois: $155,700 – $225,450
Massachusetts: $155,700 – $225,450
Washington: $161,700 – $234,150
