Assist in tracking deliverables for key initiatives and follow-ups across departmen - ts.
Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance on confidential initiatives or cross-functional projec - ts.
Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives across departments, providing administrative support to ensure timely execution and completi - on.
Track and manage CEO and COO’s project timelines, ensuring deadlines are m - le)

Qualificati- ons:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferr - ed).2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or Chief of Staff supporting C-suite executives (preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or high-growth environmen
- ts).Exceptio

ment skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environm - ent.
Outstand

tion abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlo - ok).High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integ
