Responsibilities- Perform landscape architecture design under the close supervision of a senior landscape architect including hardscape detailing and grading.
- Participate in project related meetings to coordinate activities and communicate designs.
- Assist with preparation of landscape architecture deliverables including models, drawings and other project related documentation.
- Participate in field surveys, condition assessments and site investigations.
- Perform construction administration related tasks including submittal review, responding to RFI’s and observation of construction related activities.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Landscape Architecture from accredited program required.
- 2 - 5 years of related landscape architecture experience required. Focus on public and recreation markets a plus.
- CAD/BIM experience required. Knowledgeable in GIS and Civil 3D a plus.
- Experience with ornamental and native plantings of the Midwest a plus.
- Strong communicator with the ability to interact with a variety of internal clients.
- Responsible for personal task management and meeting scope and schedule.
- Self-starter with the desire to learn the industry.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
