Tyre Fitter – Darlington

Salary: £27,000 per annum. Working full‑time, permanent, 42 hours per week (Monday‑Friday plus Saturday mornings on a rota).

As a Tyre Fitter at Bush Tyres’ Darlington branch, you will be part of a small, customer‑focused team delivering high‑quality tyre and fast‑fit services to car, HGV and agricultural customers.

• Carry out tyre pressure checks and puncture repairs; advise customers on tyre wear.
• Remove, fit and balance car, van and 4×4 tyres.
• Conduct wheel alignment checks and adjustments.
• Assist with fast‑fit work such as checking and replacing parts (e.g., batteries, brakes).

A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent experience (not essential – full training will be provided). Demonstrate consistent standards of customer service and comply with company policies, procedures and health & safety legislation.
