We are recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Live in accommodation is available for this position at £69.93 per week (inclusive of bills!).

Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa is a renowned country house spa hotel in Kent, situated within 12 acres of parkland and gardens, offering a boutique home-away-from-home and easy access to the capital for business or leisure.

• Ensure guest bedrooms are clean and maintained to a very high standard, creating a magical first impression.
• Play a key role in creating a home-from-home experience, replenishing each room with fresh towels and toiletries.
• Cover the responsibilities of the Head Housekeeper during periods of absence or annual leave.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure public areas and rooms are immaculate.
• Set up tea, coffee and biscuit stations and deliver personalised amenities, including for four-legged guests.
• Be an expert in your field with the ability to check rooms and support colleagues as needed.
• Be inspired, have fun and contribute to the Hand Picked Team.
• This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary with business needs.

• Some housekeeping or cleaning experience; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong pride in delivering consistently high standards.
• Friendly, welcoming and helpful manner to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
• Enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities; flexible to assist in different areas of the hotel as business and guest needs dictate.
• Ability to deliver Hand Picked Hotels guest experience standards, going above and beyond to create a high-quality, personalised, and magical experience for guests that they remember and want to return for.
