With a UK coverage, they currently require a Remedial Plumber with the following experience to join their London team.

• Diagnosing faults on existing systems
• Repairing or replacing damaged pipework, valves and fittings
• Carry out reactive maintenance
• Ensure systems are compliant to building and water regulations
• Carry out legionella including dead-leg removal, TMV servicing, temperature checks and tank modifications
• Fixing hot water systems, calorifiers, cylinders, and trace heating
• Work in conjunction with an existing mechanical team covering PPM, reactive and where required installation upgrades

• 5+ years  experience working on commercial sites in the London/South-East area
• Proven experience in diagnosing faults on existing systems
• Repairing or replacing damaged pipework, valves and fittings
• Carry out reactive maintenance
• Ensure systems are compliant to building and water regulations
• Carry out legionella including dead-leg removal, TMV servicing, temperature checks and tank modifications
• Fixing hot water systems, calorifiers, cylinders, and trace heating
• Hold industry recognised qualifications such as G3 Unvented, NVQ L2 in Plumbing, NVQ L3 in Plumbing and Heating
• Full driving license
• DBS checked

Client sites will include Hospitals, Retail, Hotels, Schools, Universities, Offices and Care Homes and you will work in conjunction with an existing mechanical team covering PPM, reactive and where required installation upgrades.
