In this role, you'll be part of a skilled Building Services engineering team, maintaining and repairing office air conditioning systems, fans, and filters. You'll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault diagnosis across a variety of HVAC equipment, working closely with the Contract Manager and Contract Support team to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard.

This role would suit an HVAC Engineer with a mechanical background and strong fault-finding skills who is looking for a full-time, stable position working on air conditioning and ventilation systems in commercial buildings.

The Role: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on office air conditioning systems, fans, and filters. Diagnose faults, identify technical issues, and implement effective solutions. Complete job reports, risk assessments, and ensure all works are carried out safely and compliantly. Participate in the call-out rota (approx. 1 in
8), with overtime and call-out payments available. (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)

The Person: City & Guilds qualified in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. Holds a valid DBS (CRB) or is willing to obtain one. Commutable to Dartford
