Air Conditioning Engineer

An established and growing company is seeking two experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to join the team:

* 1 x Service Engineer

* 1 x Installation Engineer

Both roles are full-time, permanent positions covering Kent, London and surrounding areas - with no call-out rota.

Depending on your experience, you will either focus on:

Service & Maintenance

* Servicing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems

* Fault finding and breakdown response

* Working on Split, Multi-Split, VRV/VRF and FCU systems

* Working across residential and commercial sites

Installation

* Installing Split, Multi-Split, VRV/VRF and FCU systems

* First-fix and second-fix works

* Pipework installation, pressure testing, evacuation and commissioning

* Installing condensate drainage and associated electrics

* Reading drawings and working to specifications

All engineers are expected to maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service.

Requirements (Both Roles)

Minimum 8 years’ industry experience

F-Gas Certification (Category 1 or equivalent)

Relevant City & Guilds or HVAC qualifications

Full UK driving licence

CSCS card (IPAF/PASMA advantageous)

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Service Engineers: 08:30 – 17:30

Installation Engineers: 07:30 – 16:30

Overtime available (evenings and weekends if desired)

No call-out rota

Salary & Benefits:

£45,000 – £55,000 per year (depending on experience)
