Air Conditioning Engineer

An established and growing company is seeking two experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to join the team. Both roles are full‑time, permanent positions covering Kent, London and surrounding areas – with no call‑out rota.

• 1 x Service Engineer
• 1 x Installation Engineer

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems
• Fault finding and breakdown response
• Working on Split, Multi‑Split, VRV/VRF and FCU systems
• Working across residential and commercial sites

• Installing Split, Multi‑Split, VRV/VRF and FCU systems
• First‑fix and second‑fix works
• Pipework installation, pressure testing, evacuation and commissioning
• Installing condensate drainage and associated electrics
• Reading drawings and working to specifications

All engineers are expected to maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service.

• Minimum 8 years' industry experience
• F‑Gas Certification (Category 1 or equivalent)
• Relevant City & Guilds or HVAC qualifications
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS card (IPAF/PASMA advantageous)
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Professional, reliable and customer‑focused attitude

• Monday to Friday
• Service Engineers: 08:30 – 17:30
• Installation Engineers: 07:30 – 16:30
• Overtime available (evenings and weekends if desired)
• No call‑out rota

• £45,000 – £55,000 per year (depending on experience)
