We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled engineer to join our dynamic team, specializing in door entry systems, access control, warden call systems, and CCTV installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :
Installation & Commissioning :
Installation, commissioning, and servicing of door entry, access control, CCTV, and warden call systems. Maintenance & Repairs :
Perform routine maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on a variety of access control and security systems to ensure reliability and efficiency. Troubleshooting :
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on site, providing efficient and effective solutions. Client Interaction :
Provide excellent customer service, liaising with clients to discuss their needs, deliver solutions, and advise on system upgrades or improvements. Callouts :
Participate in the 1 in 6 callout rota, providing after-hours support as required. System Upgrades :
Advise clients on the latest technology and potential system upgrades to enhance security measures. Skills & Experience :
Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of door entry, access control, CCTV, and warden call systems. A strong understanding of security and access control technologies, including software platforms, IP networking, and cloud-based systems.

Experience with a range of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and associated systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your own schedule and priorities. Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills. Experience in servicing or installing fire alarm systems would be a bonus. Full UK driving license is essential. Desirable Qualifications :
Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Paxton, Lenel, Axis, Hikvision, etc.). BTEC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Security Systems. Health & Safety and First Aid training would be advantageous.
