We’re looking for skilled Multi Trade Operatives to join our Capital / Planned Maintenance teams. You’ll specialise in carrying out bathroom fitting and refurbishment projects for our customers’ properties ranging from Thanet to Essex.

• Undertake multi‑trade work, primarily bathroom fitting, and occasionally kitchen installation, including plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair in domestic settings.
• Work professionally and demonstrate excellent customer service skills within people’s homes, including vulnerable settings.
• Work individually and sometimes as part of a trade team while meeting individual and team output targets.

• Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in a core trade.
• Proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge.
• Motivated approach to work, able to meet individual and team output targets.
• Possession of a full current UK driving licence, which is essential for the Multi‑Trade Operative role.

• Competitive basic salary of £38,471 for a 39‑hour working week.
