This is an exceptionally rare opportunity for a Vehicle Technician in the early stages of their career to join one of the UK's leading independent specialists in classic and high-performance vehicles. Whether you've recently completed your apprenticeship or already have some workshop experience under your belt, this is your chance to develop your skills alongside some of the industry's most experienced technicians.

Working on an incredible collection of rare, iconic and prestigious vehicles, you'll be part of a workshop where craftsmanship, precision and attention to detail always come before speed.

This business is looking for someone with the right attitude above all else. They can teach skills, but they're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is eager to learn, keeps their workspace clean and organised, and has the honesty to own mistakes and learn from them.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the servicing, maintenance and repair of classic and high-performance vehicles.
  • Learn from experienced technicians while developing your technical knowledge and practical skills.
  • Carry out work to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Follow workshop procedures and manufacturer specifications where applicable.
  • Support the wider workshop team with day-to-day tasks and ongoing restoration projects.
  • Take ownership of your work, reporting any issues or mistakes honestly and proactively.
Requirements
  • Recently qualified Vehicle Technician or someone with a solid foundation early in their career.
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry.
  • A willingness to learn from experienced technicians.
  • Someone who values quality over speed.
  • Pride in maintaining a clean and organised workshop.
  • Honesty, accountability and a desire to continually improve.
Salary and Benefits
  • £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm.
  • 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
  • Ongoing mentoring and development from highly experienced technicians.
