Multi Trade - Social Housing (298234) Dartford, England
Salary: GBP
31000 - GBP
34000 per annum
Looking for Multi-Traders with experience working in the Social Housing sector!
A Property Services business working with several housing associations is now looking to recruit skilled and efficient multi-traders to join their refurbishment team covering North and South London contracts in occupied and void properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Disrepair works, damp works, kitchen, bathroom and wet room installations
- Decorations, window and door installations/repairs
- Cap and cove wet‑room flooring including hot welds
- Brickwork, rendering, plastering, carpet/vinyl floor coverings and investigative works
- Carrying out works using NHF schedule of rates
Qualifications:
- Current CSCS card
- Asbestos awareness
- Experience in social housing refurbishment
