Multi-Skilled Tradesperson – Joiner Bias

Overview

Express Recruitment are delighted to represent a rapidly growing Property Management company. They are looking to hire a Joiner/Multi-Tradesperson on a full-time, permanent basis to join their team. The successful candidate will carry out specialist joinery works and general maintenance and building works across residential and commercial properties in Dartford and South-East London.

• Travel across South East London and very occasional South Coast areas to residential and commercial properties.
• Carry out general maintenance and building service works.
• Perform a range of joinery and carpentry duties, including hanging doors, building kitchen and bathroom cabinets, laying laminate and oak flooring, etc.
• Report new works and maintenance issues to the management team.
• Respond to emergency call outs when scheduled on the rota.

• Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 qualified in Joinery & Carpentry.
• Proven hands-on experience in a trade from the following list is highly desirable:
  Plumbing, Carpentry, Building, Roofing, Decorating, and Plastering.
• Hard working with a good attitude towards maintaining high standards of work.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Confident customer service and client relationship skills, mainly with tenants and property developers.
• General knowledge of Health and Safety practices.

Location:

Dartford, Greater London. Salary:
Up to c £46,000 per annum DOE. Job type:
Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm with overtime available.
