Commercial Gas Engineer - The client is a well-established Kent-based Mechanical & Electrical services provider. They deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service works on HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems across Kent, London, and surrounding areas. Their client portfolio includes hotels, retail premises, warehouses, schools, colleges, universities, and high-end residential properties, offering engineers a varied workload across multiple sectors.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, fault finding, repairs, and occasional pipework installations or replacements on a range of commercial gas and mechanical systems, including commercial boilers, heating appliances, pumps, valves, ventilation systems, and related plant equipment.

• Basic Salary up to £55,000 DOE
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• 1 in 8 Call out rota - £150.00 per week paid in full via expenses (door to door; 4 hours min at 1.5 rate)

• Commercial Gas Tickets (CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1, CDGA1)
• ACS Domestic tickets - desirable but not essential
• Either already hold or be able to obtain an enhanced DBS
• Full drivers' licence
• Live within a commutable distance of the M25
