Mobile Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting for the position of Mobile Vehicle Technician on behalf of a reputable fleet services provider based in Dartford.

• Basic salary of £40,800 per annum, with potential earnings of approximately £46,700 including bonuses
• Fully equipped company van provided for service calls
• Paid bonuses and overtime opportunities at premium rates for Saturday shifts (optional)
• Standard working hours Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

• Conduct vehicle repairs and maintenance on fleet vehicles at various customer sites across Dartford and surrounding areas
• Diagnose mechanical issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Complete service records and relevant paperwork in accordance with company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding repair status and expectations
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with on-call duties and optional weekend overtime at premium rates

• Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician or similar role within the automotive industry
• Relevant qualifications in automotive engineering or technician training
• Strong diagnostic skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Familiarity with Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) repairs and maintenance preferred
• Valid UK driving licence, with a clean record preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
