Permanent Position
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-trader with a strong background in social housing to join their team covering the Dartford area.
Package- Salary £40,000
- Van and fuel card
- 23 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
- £50 per call out (Uncapped when on call)
- Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied properties
- Carrying out responsive repairs
- Such as Internal and external door fitting, kitchen repairs/refits, bathroom fitting, plastering etc
- Must have social housing/council experience
- Must have a full UK driving license
