ABM is seeking an electrically/HVAC biased trades person to perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on-site at LCY3, with potential to assist nearby sites. The role focuses on electrical/building service systems, fault finding and maintenance tasks, ensuring QA and health & safety adherence.
The ideal candidate will have City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition IEE, IPAF, PASMA, HVAC/Air conditioning qualification, and strong communication skills to work as part of a team or independently.
