Working Foreman

WORKING FOREMAN / PROJECT SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: DARTFORD, DA1
CONTRACT DURATION: 8 WEEKS
DAY RATE: 260 PER DAY

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Working Foreman to join an established project team on a new office fit out scheme in Dartford, DA1

The ideal candidate will have a Carpentry or Electrical background and will play a hands-on role in supporting the site team. The primary responsibility will be working alongside the project team and managing a 300k office fit out from start to completion while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support site operations while remaining hands-on.
Assist with the safe removal of an external steel staircase.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Communicate effectively with the site team and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Site Foreman.
Carpentry or Electrical background (Preferred).
Valid CSCS card.
SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
First Aid at Work qualification.
Own tools.
Strong practical, hands-on experience and the ability to lead by example.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
