Job Type: Permanent, full time
Location:
London and surrounding areas
Rate of pay: £20 an hour CIS, £18 an hour PAYE
We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join an established commercial maintenance contractor, working across a range of commercial properties.
The Role
The role would suit a skilled Multi Trade Operative who is confident working independently and can complete a range of maintenance tasks to a high standard for commercial businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Pub refurbishments
Carpentry and joinery
Basic plumbing and patch repairs
Plastering and tiling
Painting and decorating
Complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements
Previous experience in a Multi Trade / Maintenance role
Strong background in commercial maintenance and refurbishments
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
DBS is required for this position
Must have own tools
