Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £47,876 basic (£20.46/hr) + Overtime at x1.5 rate (£30.69/hr) – £60,000 OTE
- Hours: 45 hrs/wk (Choice of Early: 06:00–15:30 OR Late: 13:30–22:00 inc. Saturday)

Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Van Technician / LCV Mechanic to carry out servicing, preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs), diagnostic fault-finding, and mechanical repairs on modern commercial fleets.
Requirements- NVQ Level 3 (or time-served equivalent) with solid experience working on vans or LCVs
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills on light commercial fleets
- Keen interest in upskilling into HGV / heavy commercial work long term
- Full UK driving licence
- Base: Crayford area
- Commutable From: Dartford, Erith, Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Gravesend
