Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Panel Beater to join their team, delivering high-quality repairs within a supportive, team-oriented environment. • Competitive hourly rate of £20 to £28 per hour DOE, with potential quarterly bonuses
• Annual earnings up to £58,240 with overtime and bonuses
• Monday to Friday schedule, 7am to 4pm, with no weekend work

• Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged body panels efficiently and accurately
• Realigning chassis and structural components using industry-standard jig work
• Performing welding procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Filling, sanding, and finishing panels to achieve a smooth, professional finish
• Conducting comprehensive quality checks prior to vehicle handover
• Collaborating closely with a team of experienced technicians to ensure repair standards are maintained

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within crash or accident repair settings
• Strong knowledge of body repair techniques, welding, and panel jig systems
• Relevant qualifications in vehicle body repair, such as NVQ/IMI Level 3 (preferred but not essential)
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures in a repair environment
